According to the seller, this has been well maintained over the years. Her electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems are all in good working order. All but 2 of the portlights have been replaced and the 2 remaining units are included and awaiting the installation by the new owner.
The bottom was barrier coated in the '90s and shows no sign of any blisters. It received 2 coats of bottom paint in May 2016 and a new cutlass bearing was installed prior to launch.
Her hull shines up nicely ,but her teak handrails and woodwork topsides need to be completely refinished.
Her engine runs well and recently performed perfectly over a 7 hour motorsailing delivery. It reportedly had a major overhaul in the '80's at ~ 1500 hours. It is equipped with a high output Balmar alternator and smart regulator.
